Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order ships.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays. 

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees may vary based on your location and order size. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system. 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to help locate your order.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided. If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
